The recent wet weather across Saskatchewan is having an impact on the progress farmers are attempting to make.
Saskatchewan Agriculture indicates 38 per cent of the crop is combined and 38 per cent is swathed or ready to straight-cut. The five year average for this time of year normally sees 44 per cent of harvest completed at this point in the season. The southeast is the furthest along in harvest with a total of 52 per cent complete.
