Canadian Western Agribition (CWA) has found and announced its new chief executive officer (CEO).
On Wednesday, the board of directors appointed Chris Lane as their new CEO. He will take over the job on July 4.
In a news release, CWA president Stewart Stone said "on behalf of the board, we are pleased to welcome Chris to the CWA team. He brings a great mix of leadership, communications, and community involvement."
Lane is a former senior producer at CBC.
